MPs receive development requests through public meetings, letters, social media, grievance portals, and direct representations, while local development plans contain dozens of competing proposed projects. There's no objective way to consolidate citizen feedback, spot recurring needs, and weigh competing proposals against real demand (for example, comparing requests for school upgrades against enrollment and travel-distance data versus a proposed vocational centre).

/ what we built

Sarvik turns voice notes, photographed letters and texts in five languages into one inbox, sorts every petition by department, and forwards it to the central scheme that already pays for it. Identical requests merge, government data brings up needs in villages that never asked, and what's left is ranked on real cost. The AI reads and drafts, but every figure comes from government data and every decision stays with the MP. It runs on Google Cloud, with Gemini, BigQuery and Cloud Run.
